The ProFlex 2000SF High-Performance Spandex Back Support Brace is designed to remind workers of proper lifting techniques, while enhancing the body's intra-abdominal pressure to move stress away from the spine to minimize the potential for back-pain. Comfort-stretch, premium 840D spandex body material and a unique, extra-wide, 8.5" V-shaped waistbelt ensures that the support brace works with, rather than against, the wearer throughout the toughest days, even those days where the bending, twisting, lifting and schlepping never seems to end. Ultra-flexible, stretchable bias binding features zig-zag stitching for enhanced strength. Before lifting heavy objects, simply tighten the support belt to enhance the body’s intra-abdominal pressure; and after lifting, just loosen the belt to achieve a wider range of motion. Innovative Power Panel Positioners keep the tension bands close-to-hand, making it easy to get the desired level of tension to meet the current task. Non-conductive Sticky Fingers stays help ensure long-lasting integrity. Adjustable, removable shoulder straps keep the belt on standby until the next lift while allowing the wearer to tailor the shoulder-fit to his or her unique needs. For best results, the support belt should fit snugly around the wearer's hips, with the front of the support two-fingers below the wearer's navel. When worn correctly, workers can easily maintain the proper posture for lifting, while achieving the extra support required to safely complete the task.
