Pricing

We aim to keep our prices fair and competive. Custom pricing is available for larger buyers. We can set up an account for you to Login to for custom pricing. Call 800-850-1544 for details.

Minimum Order

Indy Metro area: $50 minimum or a $9 fee will be applied. No minimum for customer pick up.

All Other Areas: No minimum, a $12 shipping fee will be applied. Orders over $1000 may be freight free. Customers will not incur any additional freight charges with out prior notification.

Terms

Our terms are net 30 Days with approved credit. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover & American Express. New customers may pre-pay in order to recieve shipment promptly and then establish an open charge account.

Returns

· Returns must be authorized in advance.

· Authorized returns must be in saleable condition to recieve credit.

· Returns are subject to freight charges plus restocking fees of 15%.

· Customers will be advised in advance on what charges/fees apply.

Special Orders

Special orders of non-stock items are welcome. These items are generally non-returnable.

Damage Claims

All damage claims must be filed within 5 days of receipt by the consignee (customer) with the carrier. When reporting damage, be sure to hold all packing materials for inspection.
